Tim is Vice President of R.E. Dimond’s electrical department. Tim loves tough problems. He successfully tackled RCDD certification and is one of the few engineers in the city with both his Professional Engineer and RCDD registrations. Tim has built a reputation for delivering difficult projects on time. Tim has worked on significant building projects including power generator upgrades at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, multiple projects at Purdue University, and Sweetwater in Fort Wayne. Tim has extensive experience with infrastructure upgrades, power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems; as well as master planning for campuses, arc flash studies and electrical commissioning. Tim is a graduate from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and has received additional certification from the University of Wisconsin in Coordination and Protection of Industrial and Commercial Electric Power Distribution Systems.
