As President and Principal In Charge, Dan spends the majority of his time dedicated to what he loves best – project specific engineering. Dan‘s focus on detailed design provides the real numbers necessary for accurate cost estimates and low change orders. Over the last 35 years, he has worked on significant building projects in the Midwest ranging up to $60 million.
Dan believes in exceeding owner’s expectation and using the newest energy technology to solve tough engineering problems. Dan’s experience, communication and attention to detail make him an invaluable resource to owners, architects, contractors and facility maintenance staff.
Dan is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science from Mechanical Engineering Technology.
Bill Eisler is an experienced Mechanical Designer, Project Manager and LEED professional. As Executive Vice-President, Bill also works with the leadership team and administration to analyze proposals and business opportunities.
Bill’s area of MEP expertise includes calculations for energy conservation strategies, LEED analysis and coordination as well as project management.
Bill has helped clients achieve exceptional energy efficiency and significantly lower energy costs. Sustainable building design strategies include geothermal HVAC systems, solar, and daylight harvesting building system design.
As Vice-President of Mechanical Engineering Services, Mike pulls the teams together, solves tough problems and creates synergy between the consultants, contractors and owners. With 20 years involvement in all aspects of HVAC system design and engineering, Mike works diligently to determine the best solutions for his clients and is committed to quality engineering.
Mike believes the team should be responsive, flexible and transparent. He has built a reputation for delivering difficult jobs on time and on budget. Mike enjoys getting his hands in the project, creating synergies and designs that benefit the community.
Tim is Vice- President of R.E. Dimond’s electrical department. Tim loves tough problems. He successfully tackled RCDD certification and is one of the few engineers in the city with both his Professional Engineer and RCDD registrations. Tim has built a reputation for delivering difficult projects on time. Tim has worked on significant building projects including power generator upgrades at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, multiple projects at Purdue University, and Sweetwater in Fort Wayne.
Tim has extensive experience with infrastructure upgrades, power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems; as well as master planning for campuses, arc flash studies and electrical commissioning. Tim is a graduate from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and has received additional certification from the University of Wisconsin in Coordination and Protection of Industrial and Commercial Electric Power Distribution Systems.
Mark is R.E. Dimond and Associate’s Commissioning Department Manager. Mark is a Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) licensed by AABC Commissioning Group (ACG).
Mark’s primary role is oversight of the department’s verification, measurement and compliance to intended design for mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects, as well as managing projects in a Construction Administration role.
Mark has over 30 years of experience in the HVAC and Construction field as well as extensive experience as a Test and Balance contractor verifying HVAC systems and controls.
Alex is the Business Manager at R.E. Dimond and Associates. Alex is responsible for day-to-day financial operation, marketing and human resources.
Alex is a Certified Public Accountant. Alex worked for nearly five years in public accounting before joining the R.E. Dimond and Associates team. He brings his accounting expertise and knowledge of a client service-driven business to the company.
