James is Vice President of Information and Communications Technology. He has decades of design experience to support continued integration of system processes, from the  Internet of  Things (IoT)  to the  The Internet of Buildings (IoB.) His design expertise includes low voltage and optical fiber networks, outside plant telecommunications,  IP-based systems for security control and energy management, audio/video systems, theater systems, and  conventional IT/communications networks.

James is a strategic designer dedicated to the design of network infrastructures that  collect and share data to intelligently allocate owner’s resources and improve the operation of buildings and communities.
