Building Project Summary:
R.E. Dimond and Associates provided MEP design services for a free-standing pavilion for outdoor dining with glass around the perimeter and live roof. Designers were challenged to provide MEP design for three-season gatherings. Solutions included sliding doors and electric radiant heat, fans, downlights, and ceiling fans.
