Solution
MEP design provides quality, comfortable living by utilizing personalized, efficient HVAC and lighting systems with intuitive controls. Each apartment is served by a high-efficiency gas furnace with direct expansion (DX) cooling. The common areas are served by variable air volume (VAV) rooftop units (RTU) with terminal zone control. High – efficiency HVAC equipment and LED lightning saved the owner and occupants energy and utility costs. Interior and exterior lighting enhance architectural features and offer a safe environment for the residents. Critical building systems are backed up by an emergency diesel generator. Low flow plumbing fixtures save water and reduce waste.
