R.E. Dimond and Associates and Meyer Najem Construction received two Indy Chamber Monumental Awards for the Brownsburg Community School Corporation High School Renovation and Addition Project. As part of the CSO Architects team, R.E. Dimond and Associates received the 2020 Engineering Achievement Award and Meyer Najem Construction received Indy Chamber’s Merit Award.
We appreciate the opportunity CSO Architects and Brownsburg Community School Corporation granted both of our teams to be part of such an amazing project. The Brownsburg High School Project captured the attention of the juror panel for it’s scale, complexity, coordination and collaboration with an occupied tenant. The $65 million, 517,000 SF renovation and expansion was completed in forty months, during which the school was completely functional.
