Building Project Summary:
The Brownsburg Public Library requested a new layout of a previously renovated library space. The outside trombe wall was dismantled and became a glass wall. All of the bathrooms, storage space, library shop and staff areas along that wall moved to the interior, and the area along the glass wall became public space.
MEP design included plumbing for new restroom locations, rezoning of existing HVAC system, and the addition of new perimeter radiation. Electrical design added power and technology to the renovated areas, a modification of existing Fire Protection sprinkler system and updated LED lighting throughout the building.
