R.E. Dimond and Associates is pleased to announce it has entered a new phase of growth and is promoting four members of its Leadership Team. As Equity Partners, Bill Eisler, Tim Hill, Mike East, and Joe Chrapla will help lead R.E. Dimond and Associates into the future.
President Dan Dimond is excited about this announcement, explaining “This team embodies the principles of our founder Bob Dimond and this opportunity rewards the talent of our team, two of which started at R.E. Dimond and Associates as interns. I intend to keep our company local and appreciate the commitment of all four leaders.”
Currently, Bill Eisler serves as R.E. Dimond and Associates Executive Vice President; Tim Hill: Vice President, Electrical Engineering; Mike East: Vice President, Mechanical Engineering; and Joe Chrapla: Vice President, Engineering Innovation.
R.E. Dimond and Associates is a Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Technology consulting engineering firm in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was founded in 1977 by Bob Dimond. For the past 26 years, Bob’s son Dan Dimond has led the company growing the firm to over 30 employees. The Equity Partnership team is proud to help strengthen R.E. Dimond and Associates’ design experience.
