Project Summary:
R.E. Dimond and Associates, Inc, was selected to be a member of the design team for the 2,400 SF PNC connector to tie the Artsgarden to the PNC Center. R.E. Dimond’s responsibilities included mechanical and electrical systems designs for the connector expansion. Also designed was a new HVAC system, new sprinkler and fire alarm system, and interior power and lighting systems all of which were connected to the existing PNC Building and Artsgarden systems.
This was the final of 4 connectors found in the Artsgarden. It connected the 16-story PNC Center and Hyatt Regency Indianapolis to the Circle Centre Mall, Claypool Courts and the Conrad Indianapolis. The connector was completed in time for the 2012 Super Bowl which was hosted in Indianapolis.
