R.E. Dimond and Associates provided mechanical plans and specifications for the addition of a new chiller, heat exchanger and three new fermentation tanks at Oliver Winery.
Design included converting existing piping to insulated copper, verifying sizing, system flow and capacity requirements. Additionally, RE Dimond developed a control sequence, glycol piping schematic to incorporate new chiller and tanks into the system, as well as determining BTU and temperature required to cool wine for fermentation.
