Indiana University Southeast Activities Building
R.E. Dimond and Associates was selected to design HVAC upgrades to the Indiana University building which included installation of high efficiency hot water heating boilers, replacement of all electric heat with hot water heating, and variable air volume and constant volume boxes with DDC controlled boxes. Dimond also provided fire protection and plumbing design which included an underfloor drain system which eliminated a wet mechanical room and return air plenum’s which has been a problem since the building was first constructed.
