Fire Alarm System
R.E. Dimond and associates designed the 905,000 SF Chase Bank Tower Fire Alarm System in 2009, the tallest building in Indiana at 49 stories and 811 feet. The project included the design of all elements needed to comply with high-rise construction including automatic smoke detection, fire protection, sprinklers, monitoring, elevator recall, voice evacuation, stairwell pressurization, emergency communication, ADA compliant warning lights and annunciations. Construction was phased over a number of years and was finalized in March of 2013.
Arc Flash Study
In late 2010, R.E. Dimond and Associates was contracted to complete an Arc Flash Study for the Chase Bank Tower. The study was completed and presented in September of 2011.
